Starting this week I’ve begun publishing the remakes of my video tutorial series from PVT. In addition to PVT, the videos will also be available on my YouTube channel and on my CodeProject TV channel.
CodeProject asked me to join their newly launched streaming service, CodeProject TV, and I must say I’m excited about it. Unlike YouTube which is ad-financed, CodeProject is pay-per-video, where you pay a small fee for a video course or lesson, which can then be viewed any number of times.
Why would you pay for something you can have for free? Well, aside from being ad free CodeProject videos are also quality reviewed, so you can expect to find better quality videos there more easily. That’s certainly worth something. Paying the small fee is also a more effective way of supporting the author of the videos if you’re into that. I’m not sure how well it will go but it will be interesting to find out. I will be releasing my video remakes in parallel to both YouTube and CodeProject. There will also be DVD versions to come at a later stage.
